Raised octagon picnic deck has a 10’ diameter
Lower deck available in 5 sizes: 12’x12’, 12’x16’, 12’x20’, 14’x16’, 14’x20’ (NOTE: The dimension listed first is the distance coming of the house into the yard. These 5 sizes are for the rectangle deck only and do not include the distance of the octagon deck overhanging the rectangle deck.)


Order Plan


A full set of construction drawings needed to construct a simple project. 		$40.00

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized project plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed. 		$40.00

Other Options


Complete copy of the construction drawing. Since our blueprints cannot be photocopied, extra sets are available for purchase within 90 days of the original project plan purchase. 		$10.00

Processing and Shipping

Processing and shipping fees are calculated per plan, and not per total order. Rates are subject to change without notice.
