Plan Description

Enjoy outdoor living throughout most of the year with this three-season porch plan
A hip or gable roof with a 6/12 pitch attached to the side or roof of the house
Construction drawings include 6 sizes: 8’x12’, 8x16’, 10’x12’, 10’x16’, 12’x12’, 12’x16’ (NOTE: Side with the door shown on the floor plan is listed first in the given dimensions.)


Order Plan


A full set of construction drawings needed to construct a simple project. 		$70.00

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized project plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed. 		$70.00

Other Options


Complete copy of the construction drawing. Since our blueprints cannot be photocopied, extra sets are available for purchase within 90 days of the original project plan purchase. 		$15.00

Processing and Shipping

Processing and shipping fees are calculated per plan, and not per total order. Rates are subject to change without notice.
