Plan Description

Practical deck plan offers multiple options that transform it into an outdoor living space that will suit your needs
Ideal for grilling, dining, relaxing and entertaining
Construction drawings include plans for stairs, railing, planter, and optional bench
Upper deck available in 2 sizes: 8’x12’, 8’x14’
Lower deck available in 4 sizes: 8’x12’, 8’x14’, 10’x12’, 10’x14’


Order Plan


A full set of construction drawings needed to construct a simple project. 		$30.00

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized project plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed. 		$30.00

Other Options


Complete copy of the construction drawing. Since our blueprints cannot be photocopied, extra sets are available for purchase within 90 days of the original project plan purchase. 		$10.00

Processing and Shipping

Processing and shipping fees are calculated per plan, and not per total order. Rates are subject to change without notice.
